Dr. H. Leon Smith currently serves as the Founder, International Presiding Prelate and Chief Apostle of The Pentecostal Deliverance Ministries International Fellowship, the Senior Pastor of New Mt. Sinai Pentecostal Delierance Ministries and is the Founding Chancellor of the Smith Christian University. Dr. Smith matriculated respectively from Sheridan Vocational College and earned dual degrees in Culinary Arts and Carpentry. His commitment to the principles of higher education compelled him to pursue and earn a Bachelors Degree in Theology and a Masters of Ministry Degree from the Five Fold School of Theology. He has completed his PhD studies in Clinical Counseling from Trinity University. He has also earned his post-doctoral degree in divinity from the Caribbean Community Ministerial Academy. Dr. Smith has received many awards and recognitions. Among many honors, he is the recipient of the Queen's honor of the Order of The British Empire (OBE) Award, bestowed by Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth of England, for his spiritual stong-will and social contributions.

Dr. Glenton Samuels, Jr.

Dr. Glenton Samuels, Jr. currently serves on a number of Episcopal and Academic Boards. He is the Second Assistant Presiding Prelate of The Pentecostal Deliverance Ministries International Fellowship and the Executive Vice Chancellor & Provost of the Smith Christian University. He is also the author of the soon to be released book "The Miracle of Mercy". Dr. Samuels is the recipient of various advanced academic/professional degrees. Educated at Liberty Fellowship Bible Institute, University of Phoenix, Florida Christian College, and Regent University, he earned an undergraduate degree in Business, a graduate degree in Organizational Management and Leadership, and a doctorate (ScD) in Religion and Practical Theology. He has also been awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity from Victory College, for the tremendous work he has accomplished in ministry. He is currently pursuing his board certification as a Licensed Clinical Christian Counselor. Dr. Glenton is a dedicated Humanitarian, Philanthropist, and Teacher by God, as well as a gifted pianist, vocalist, and songwriter. He is married to his amazing wife, Mrs. Kesha Samuels.

Dr. Rose Hodge

Dr. Rose Hodge has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Service Administration and a Masters degree in Industrial Arts (Education) from the Florida International University. She also holds an earned Bachelors degree in Biblical Studies, a Masters of Arts degree in Theology and a Doctorate degree in Theology from Jacksonville Theological Seminary. Among many accolades, she holds an Honorary Doctorate of Literature (Litt.D.) from the Smith Christian University. Dr. Hodge is a motivational speaker with an end time word of truth. She is the Founder and Senior Pastor of A House of Prayer for All People Ministries. Her passion is that of evangelism. She has a motto "Evangelism by any means necessary". Having a heart for the salvation of God's people, she stretches beyond the walls to reach and teach for the end time work in preparation for the soon returning of our Lord.

Dr. June Cranston

Dr. June Cranston has an earned Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Production & Operations from the University of Technology, JA, West Indies. She has received her post-bachelors degree in Theology from the Five Fold School of Theology. She has earned a Masters degree in Social Work as well as her Doctorate of Psychology degree in Organizational Consulting from Phillips Graduate Institute. She has furthered her education at the Smith Christian University, completing her Th.D. degree in Bible & Theological Studies. She accepted Christ at an early age, and was confirmed in the Anglican Church. She migrated to the United States, where she was introduced to the Pentecostal experience. She is an ordained minister, and serves as the National Intercessary Prayer Leader of the New Mt. Sinai Ministries. She is anointed to teach. Prayer and intercession is her mantle; preaching is her secondary appointment. She endeavors to continue lifting up the name of the Lord and watches God do the drawing.

Dr. Geraldine Whittaker

Dr. Geraldine B. Whittaker is the Founder, Apostle and Senior Pastor of The Way of Holiness Outreach Ministries in Miami, Florida. She has a genuine love for God and His people. Dr. Whittaker holds a Bachelors degree in Education from Florida Memorial College and a Masters degree in Counseling from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. She received her Doctorate of Religious Philosophy in Christian Counseling from Jacksonville Theological Seminary. She currently holds certification from Florida Department of Education in Guidance Counseling and Elementary Education. She is also certified through the Florida Board of Certification as a Certified Mental Health Professional. She is the wife of Minister Raymond J. Whittaker for 41 years and the mother of three children, and the grandmother of ten.

Dr. Nancy Whittaker holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Livingstone College, Salisbury, NC and a Master's degree in Counseling with a specialization in School Guidance and Counseling from Barry University, Miami Shores, FL. She has completed her PhD studies in Christian Clinical Counseling & Psychology at the Smith Christian University. She is currently pursuing her Post-doctoral degree in General Psychology at Northcentral University. Throughout the years Pastor Dr. Whittaker has received numerous awards and recognitions for her community outreach, commitment, and dedication to the work of the ministry. Among many accolades, Dr. Nancy has been bestowed the award of honorary Doctor of Divinity from the Five Fold School of Theology. Currently, Dr. Nancy is in the process of becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida. Dr. Whittaker is certified through the Florida Department of Education as a Guidance Counselor. She also serves as the President and CEO of Listening Ears Counseling & Mentoring Services, LLC.

Dr. Henry Charles, Clinical Supervisor

Dr. Henry Charles earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida International University. He further matriculated from Jacksonville Theological Seminary, earning his Master of Religious Arts in Christian Counseling and Doctorate of Religious Philosophy in Christian Counseling. Dr. Charles is a Certified Temperament Counselor, Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor and Licensed Clinical Christian Counselor. He is a Diplomate with The National Board of Christian Clinical Therapists and a Board Clinical Supervisor with The National Christian Counselors Association. Dr. Charles is an ordained minister who serves at Evangel Church International as Director of First Impression Ministry. He understands his purpose and destiny, which is to aide, uplift, and inspire men, women, and children. He wants everyone to understand that God does have a destiny that is just for you. His motto is "to serve all, we shall transcend all".

Professor Thompson has received her Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan. She has graduated with her Master's degree in Religious Communications & Theology from the Smith Christian University. She currently serves on the Evangelistic Team as a licensed Evangelist of the New Mt. Sinai Ministries. Professor Thompson's aim is to reach lost souls for Christ and challenge the wicked to return back to God and add lengths of pages to the Book of Life! Residing in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Professor Thompson and her husband Mr. Julian Thompson, are committed to reaching the world, one person at a time.

Cecelia Allison
Mrs. Cecelia Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems. Cecelia Allison is an experienced software tester and technical specialist with many years of hands-on experience using and teaching SQL. She is also a technical writer, a published author, and a university instructor.
Dr. Beverly A. Browning
Dr. Beverly Browning

Dr. Beverly A. Browning has been consulting in the areas of grant writing, contract bid responses, and organizational development for nearly three decades. Her clients have included chambers of commerce, faith-based organizations, units of local and county municipal governments, state and federal government agencies, school districts and colleges, social and human service agencies, hospitals, fire departments, service associations, and Fortune 500 corporations. Dr. Browning has assisted clients and workshop participants throughout the United States in receiving awards of more than $200 million. Dr. Browning is the author of over two dozen grants-related publications, including Grant Writing For DummiesT, Grant Writing for Educators, How to Become a Grant Writing Consultant, Faith-Based Grants:

Aaron Clarey
Aaron Clarey

Aaron Clarey received his Bachelor of Science in Finance with High Honors from the University of Minnesota. Since 1998, Aaron has been teaching a wide array of classes on finance and investing, including How to Invest Online, Figuring Out Your 401k, The Analysis and Valuation of Stocks, and Stocks, Bonds, and Investing; Oh My! His classes take the fear out of finance and investing by making personal financial management easy and understandable for everyone. During the day, Aaron works as a banking analyst. At night, he moonlights as a ballroom dance instructor. In the summer, he is an avid amateur paleontologist, hosting The Great Twin Cities Fossil Hunt for children. He is also the author of the popular book, Behind the Housing Crash?Confessions of an Insider.

Barbara Clemens
Barbara Clemens

Barbara Clemens has been a software product manager, editor, writer, and teacher since 1984. She has worked with educational publishers Addison-Wesley and Course Technology to create software textbooks for colleges and universities. She has edited, revised, and written many Microsoft Office texts and recently co-authored a textbook titled Upgrading to Office 2007. She holds a B.A. in English, an M.A. in English as a Second Language, and a Masters in Business Administration. She has worked as a university English instructor, computer trainer, and consultant, and is known for teaching computer software using careful, clear, and understandable instructions.

Michael Connelly
Michael Connelly

Michael Connelly is a former practicing attorney who specialized in trial law. He has tried and won hundreds of cases in virtually all areas of the law including constitutional, personal injury, juvenile, divorce and child custody, contract disputes, and criminal law. He has tried cases in both state and federal courts, winning several landmark decisions during his years of practice. He's also an expert in the preparation of legal briefs and memorandums. Connelly retired from active practice in 2000 and is now a published author, freelance writer, and teacher.

Jennifer Della'Zanna
Jennifer Della'Zanna

Jennifer Della'Zanna graduated from Albright College in Reading, PA with a Bachelor of Arts degree. With 15 years' experience in the health care industry, she has worked as a medical transcriptionist, receptionist, medical assistant, practice administrator, biller, and coding specialist. She has written and edited courses and study guides on medical coding, transcription, and using technology in health care. She regularly writes feature articles about health issues for online and print publications. Jennifer is a member of the American Academy of Professional Coders and the Association for Healthcare Documentation Integrity.

Usha Fortna
Usha Fortna

With a master's degree in education and years of experience teaching students with special needs, Usha Fortna happened into preschool teaching quite by chance. When her family relocated, she decided it was time for a change and took her teaching experience into the preschool classroom. Working with young students has become her passion, and over the years, she's developed hundreds of lesson plans that incorporate innovative themes, creative activities, and exciting content-based games and songs. Her secrets will become your own as you discover a year of inspiring lessons.

Josh Fuhrer
Josh Fuhrer

Josh Fuhrer is a real estate investor and developer with over 10 years of experience in single-family homes, affordable housing, and office and retail properties. He currently works as an independent development project manager on commercial property, consulting with small private for-profit and nonprofit developers on development strategies and construction issues . He has worked on projects ranging from affordable housing to office condos and mixed-use developments. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Studies and a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development, and he has served on the board of directors of a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping families of modest means attain the goal of homeownership.

Dr. Linda Gravett
Dr. Linda Gravett

Dr. Linda Gravett is a performance coach and a nationally recognized authority on helping people of all ages unleash their potential and present themselves to employers in ways that highlight their skills and talents. Linda has a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development and Industrial Psychology as well as degrees in labor relations and accounting.

Dr. Otis Kemp
Dr. Otis Kemp

Dr. Otis L. Kemp currently serves as the Bishop and Senior Pastor of MEC Ministries of Pompano and is the Executive Director of the MEC Bible College & Educational Center, an extended campus of Smith Christian University. The focus of MEC is to exemplify the love of Jesus Christ with a passion for helping people. Dr. Kemp has pastured with his wife, Pastor Vivian Kemp for over a decade. Dr. Kemp graduated from Miami Northwestern High School. Later, he joined the Air Force. Dr. Kemp matriculated from MEC School of Ministry in Miami. He now holds two doctorate degrees (honoris causa) from Christ is the Answer University and New Mt. Sinai Christian University, now Smith Christian University. Dr. Otis Kemp is a driven man of God. He is a leader of leaders, an avid reality preacher and teacher who has become a trailblazer to many other preachers and Pastors. Dr. Kemp is the author of his first book "Walking With God".

Vivian Kemp

Pastor Vivian E. Kemp has pastured along with her husband (Bishop Otis L. Kemp, D.Div.) for over twenty years. Pastor Kemp currently serves as the Associate Director and Adjunct Professor for the MEC Bible College & Educational Center, an affiliate of the Smith Christian University. To enhance her revelation and spiritual knowledge of the word, Pastor Kemp matriculated through the Antioch Bible College and the MEC School of Ministry. God has given Professor Kemp a unique ministry for women and it allows her to counsel on issues, such as abuse, anxiety, stress, marriage, and other related circumstances. Through various ministries that Pastor Kemp has birthed, she has helped young girls and women understand who they are in Christ. Family is essential for Pastor Kemp, so as she nourishes her family, she does her greatest battle praying for them consistently. Pastor Kemp is truly a wife, mother, pastor, administrator, director, professor and entrepreneur. She thrives on doing God's will for the people of God.

Linda Kissam
Linda Kissam

Linda Kissam is an eighteen-year veteran in the nonprofit management field. She has managed both 501 (c)(3) and 501 (c)(6) organizations and currently owns her own consulting company. She has taught both in the public and private sectors. A seasoned wine and hospitality industry veteran, Linda consults with local wineries on media attraction and food and wine events. She conducts both private and group strategic planning workshops for nonprofit and for-profit corporations. She currently serves as the executive director of a visitors bureau for an art town in California. She writes a weekly wine article and a bimonthly tourist destination column. She is a highly regarded facilitator for strategic planning workshops, marketing seminars, and event planning.

Helene Liatsos

Helene K. Liatsos graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater and Communications and pursued an MBA at Fordham University. After a career working in the travel industry with companies including Trans World Airlines and Sheraton, Helene started her own home-based business. Her consulting company specializes in home-based business start-ups and in assisting established home-based businesses. She has been in this business for more than 20 years, has helped many entrepreneurs realize their dream of owning their own businesses, and was awarded the Home Based Business Of The Year 2004 award by the U. S. Small Business Administration.
Sherry London
Sherry London

Mrs. London holds a Master's Degree in Information Systems and has taken doctoral level courses in curriculum design. She is a noted Photoshop and Illustrator expert, fiber artist, writer, and teacher. Her art has been featured in magazines and exhibitions. Her published works include Photoshop CS2 Gone Wild, Photoshop Magic, Photoshop Effects Magic, Photoshop In Depth, Photoshop Textures Magic, and Illustrator f/x and Design. She writes the Tips and Tricks column for Photoshop User magazine and is a two-time nominee to the Photoshop Hall of Fame. She has taught for the prestigious Thunder Lizard Photoshop Conference and the Professional Photographers of America seminars, as well as for Drexel University, Moore College of Art, and Gloucester County College.

Debbie Mahler
Debbie Mahler

Debbie Mahler holds a B.A. in Applied Behavioral Psychology with graduate work in Organizational Psychology and Computer Information Systems. Debbie teaches students at the college and university level on a wide range of business-related topics, worked for nearly 15 years in the PC repair business, has a successful online IT business, has written six books, and writes for several newsletters and other publications. Long before PC security was a front-page topic, Debbie Mahler was reporting on, and educating the public about, viruses and other security threats. It was this early groundwork that earned her the title of Symantec Software Partner and Security Specialist. Debbie was a presidential scholar and graduated with high academic honors including Phi Theta Kappa.

Michael McMillan
Michael McMillan

After graduating from Western Michigan University with degrees in chemistry and mathematics, Mike McMillan was employed as an inner-city public school teacher for more than fourteen years. While teaching, he developed a number of supplemental instructional materials that found their way into the catalogs of many educational product distributors. Since 1989, Mike has worked full time developing a wide variety of student activity kits, instructional videos, supplemental work books, lab manuals, and study guides for the K-12 education market. Mike has been interviewed on some of the nation's largest radio stations and television programs, including ABC World News. In addition to his university courses, Mike does over 80 live seminars related to self-publishing each year.

Nidhi Misra
Nidhi Misra

Nidhi Misra has extensive experience in project management and systems analysis. She has accumulated experience in dealing with a wide range of customers from different backgrounds through her work in diverse industries, such as banking, telecommunications, accounting, oil and gas, to name a few. Having managed several projects through their life cycle, she also possesses an in-depth understanding of all aspects of project management. In addition, she has coached several project managers, customers, and systems and program analysts, helping them in applying the concepts of systems analysis and project management to their projects. She has a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. She is also an adjunct faculty member, teaching courses in Project Management, MIS, and Philosophy of Yoga and Meditation.

Kathleen Murphy
Kathleen Murphy

Kathleen Murphy graduated from Antioch University in Keene, New Hampshire, with master's degrees in Environmental Studies and Education. She has 10 years of experience as an environmental educator and has written curricula for and taught several ecology courses for adults and college students. She volunteers as a citizen scientist collecting data on water quality and aquatic habitats.

Russell Murray
Russell Murray

Russell J. Murray was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. God has blessed Pastor Murray with a wonderful wife Mrs. Warrenia Murray to whom he wedded in 1998. This compatible duo has brought forth three beautiul children in the course of eight years together. Professor Murray completed his secondary education in the Broward County Public Schools. He went on to attend MEC School of Ministry. Upon finishing his study course, he graduated valedictorian of his class. Professor Murray operates as the Music Director, Praise & Worship Leader, Associate Pastor, Counselor and Mentor. He teaches the bible in a way peole are able to understnd and operatein the word of God effectively. Professor Murray's vision is to instill practical applications in the people so they can arise and conquer.

Melanie Park
Melanie Park

For the last 15 years, Melanie Park has shared her passion for writing with students in preschool through middle school. Her classroom teaching experience includes serving as the language arts teacher for her school district's gifted program. Melanie graduated with Highest Distinction from Indiana University where she earned a bachelor's degree in education and a master's degree in language education. This prepared her to work with fellow teachers as a reading and writing consultant. Melanie is excited to share her love of literacy with more educators through online courses.

Dr. Merrill Ream
Dr. Merrill Ream

Earning a Ph.D. in Education Dr. Merrill L. Ream has taught his speed reading techniques to thousands of students in high schools, adult schools, colleges, universities, and the U.S. Navy. Dr. Ream's published works include a university textbook entitled "The Merrill Ream 10-Lesson Speed Reading Course." He is the assistant editor of "Action Era Vehicle" magazine, and also served as associate director of the Center For Economic Education at San Diego State University.

Dr. Eva Shaw
Dr. Eva Shaw

Dr. Eva Shaw (Ph.D.) is a writer of over 1000 articles, essays and short stories. She's the ghost or author of 70 books including: Ghostwriting for Fun & Profit, Writeriffic: Creativity Training for Writers, Write Your Book in 20 Minutes (a DVD), Shovel It: Nature's Health Plan, What to Do When a Loved One Dies, The Successful Writer's Guide to Publishing Magazine Articles, Writing the Nonfiction Book, Insider's Guide to San Diego, The Sun Never Sets, and more. Eva's work has been featured in USA Today, San Diego Union Tribune, Shape, Woman's World, Country Living, Costco Connection, Publisher's Weekly, Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal and others. She has won several awards, including the Book of the Year Award from the American Journal of Nursing, the Benjamin Franklin Award, and the Woman of Merit Award. An expert on time management for writers, Eva stays on top of market trends to sell her own work and to help emerging writers focus on quality writing and publication.

Dr. Beverly Smith
Dr. Beverly Smith

Dr. Beverly Smith is a Doctor of Optometry and has been in private practice for over 24 years. Dr. Beverly Smith received her Bachelor of Science degree from U.C.L.A. and her O.D. degree from the University of Houston where she was on the Dean's List. With an M.B.A. in Healthcare Management she is also a private practice development consultant. Beverly holds an M.B.A. in Healthcare Management, and she has published articles in the professional journals, New O.D. and Women in Optometry. Dr. Smith enjoys volunteering her services at local schools as well as abroad in Kenya. She and her husband, Dr. Erik Smith, enjoy adventures with their two children.

Howard Stokes
Howard Stokes

Professor Howard Stokes is the Assistant Pastor of M.E.C. Ministries of Pompano and currently serves of a Adjunct Professor at Smith Christian University's extended campus, MEC Bible College & Educational Center. Professor Stokes has a gift of ministry, counseling, and business. He is currently counseling in the area of relationships, (courting, engagements, and marriages) our heavenly Father leads. God has blessed Pastor / Professor Stokes with a motivated wife, Mrs. Connie Stokes, to whom he was wedded to on April ninth, nineteen eighty three. Being in union for twenty seven years, Professor Stokes and Mrs. Stokes have two children and one grandchild together in common. He is dedicated to the people of God as it relates to ministry and spiritual growth. No ssue is too diminutive or minuscule.

Nicole Taylor-Buckner
Nicole Taylor-Buckner

Nicole Taylor-Buckner has received her B.A. from Syracuse University, her M.A. in Higher Education Administration from NYU, and a M.S. in Mathematics from Cleveland State University. Nicole has experience teaching at the high school and college levels, face-to-face, and online. In addition to teaching, she is currently working on her Ph.D. in Mathematics Education at Teachers College, Columbia University.

Dr. Lorraine Zentz
Dr. Lorraine Zentz

Dr. Lorraine Zentz has worked in all pharmacy areas (retail, home health, hospital, oncology, and training/education) during her pharmacy career. Lorraine received her bachelor's degree in biology with a minor in chemistry, and her master's degree in education with an emphasis in curriculum and instruction (the design and implementation of educational materials). She also completed her doctorate studies in adult education. In 2004, she was the recipient of the Outstanding Leadership Award and was also named Technician of the Year.
